Aboodi is an experienced leadership development coach, facilitator and trainer. He has worked with executives and teams from organisations all over the world, and is currently on the faculty at Henley Business School where lectures in Coaching and Behavioural Change, and plays an active role on the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Aboodi is on the editorial board of Coaching at Work magazine.
