Following a distinguished career as a Chartered Engineer, leading infrastructure, technology and business transformation projects, Adeola's passion for people development prompted her to pursue an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change from the Henley Business School. As a qualified executive coach, she enables clients to realize their full potential, and she coaches for a leadership development programme for female leaders that identify themselves as black. Adeola is also a leader for a children's charity, and holds multiple trustee positions.
