Ben has over 25 years in aviation, launching and growing airlines, cargo and travel-tech ventures globally. He combines his business experience with a passion for developing people. Ben qualified as a coach, became a protégé of the Coaching Academy and holds a BSc in Psychology & Zoology. He worked on the Mandela Mile Leadership Programme for social entrepreneurs and joined Laurie to pursue the vision of Inclusive Coaching.
