Programme Director - Nicky is a fully accredited Executive, Leadership, and Team Coach, ICF Coach Mentor, and EMCC Supervisor, serving as an External Tutor, Mentor Coach and Supervisor at Henley Business School. She is also a Director of the London Coaching Group, an ICF Board member, and has been an advocate for underrepresented individuals and organisations throughout her career.
